Dr. Mohammad Barakat, DBA, MA – Managing Partner
Dr. Mohammad Barakat is an academic, a corporate strategist and techno-commercial executive with more than 25 years of multinational business experience. His areas of expertise include corporate strategy, human capital, corporate development, and international business development.
Dr. Barakat held responsible position with reputable international employers including the US Department of State, the United Nations Peace Corps, Optimiza, Orange, MTG, and Al Imtiaz Islamic Investment. He also served as an advisor to several members of the ruling family in Kuwait and the Gulf.
Prior to focusing his efforts on Consilium Advisory, Dr. Barakat chaired and participated in several advisory boards of startups in the Gulf region.
Dr. Barakat guest-lectures at the Australian College of Kuwait and has education, sociopolitical, and economic research projects among his pursuits.
Dr. Barakat’s has vertical expertise in Technology-Media-Telecoms (TMT), Education, Islamic Investment, Healthcare, Public Relations/Affairs and NGOs.
He holds advanced degrees with Honors in International Business Management, Nixon University, Leadership & Organizational Development, Madison Hills University and Managerial Science, University of Atlanta.

Robert Lewis, Affiliate Consulting Partner, Marketing & Communication
Mr. Robert Lewis is a veteran of the media industry since 1989 when he began buying strategic billboard locations on European border crossings for a financial institution. A spell with British Transport Advertising in 1992 led to him being approached to join GMI, then an up-and-coming outdoor company in Bahrain. Over the following 10 years, he played an instrumental part in the growth and success of the GMI group, encompassing operational and development roles in the outdoor, airport, and transport advertising sectors. This included winning the advertising concession for Dubai International Airport, and its development into an advertising showcase offering some of the most attractive, lucrative, and sought-after advertising locations in the world.
Mr. Lewis held several responsible positions with reputable Gulf organizations including the appointment as the Group GM of the Middle East Media Group where he carried out OOH media projects in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Lebanon, Bahrain, UAE), North Africa (Algeria and Egypt), the Far East (Philippines), and India. He also worked as the General Manager of the Abu Dhabi-based Viola Outdoor.
In 2011, Mr. Lewis formed the Open Space Consultancy, offering OOH advisory and consultancy services uniquely based on current experience and “hands on” knowledge of recent operating conditions. Mr. Lewis collaborates with Consilium Advisory as an Affiliate Consulting Partner looking after its interests in the areas of Strategic Marketing and Corporate Communications.

Ms. Faith Wright, Affiliate Business & Technology Consultant
Ms. Faith Wright spent the last 15 years successfully forming and managing companies in the Satellite Communications, Telecom, Cellular, and IT sectors, and sourced funding and brokered several multi-milliondollar deals in the Gulf Region
Some of the international companies she formed include MENA Telecom (www.menatelecom.com), a satellite services and telecom company serving the Middle East and North Africa, and IT Certificates and Licensing ITC-L (www.itc-l.com), a nationwide vocational school focused on teaching and testing IT certifications in the US.
Ms. Wright’s business networks include C-Level executives, cabinet ministers, heads of state, and Royal Family members in the Gulf Region, and North-West Africa. She has successfully networked and operated in global vertical markets including NGOs, US defense contractors and subcontractors, oil, mining, cellular, worldwide system integrators, and channel partners
Faith operates out of Plano, Texas and looks after the interests of Consilium Advisory across the continental US. She holds and IT Engineering degree and an MBA from Andersen University, and several IT certifications including Cisco CCNA, CCNA Voice, CCVP, CCDA, CCIE Voice, CCIE Wireless written, and Cisco IP Telephony.
Norbert Majerus, Associate Consulting Partner, Management
Beginning in 2005, Norbert has implemented a principles-based lean product development process at the three global innovation centers of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. For nearly a decade he has been Goodyear’s lean champion in research and development.
Norbert, born and raised in Luxembourg, has a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the Universitaet des Saarlandes, Saarbruecken, Germany, and has worked most of the disciplines in the Goodyear innovation centers in Luxembourg and Akron.
Norbert recently published his first book “Lean-driven Innovation,” and he has spoken at many conferences in the USA and other countries. The book was awarded the Shingo Research award in 2016. The Goodyear R&D organization received the AME Excellence award in 2016.

Dr. Dania El-Achmar – Associate Consulting Partner, Investment & Finance
Dr. Dania El-Achmar has over 20 years of experience in education and managerial level economics, corporate finance, and accounting. She also works as a curriculum development and a senior instructor in the same disciplines, as well teaching and corporate training in soft skills, emotional intelligence, project management, finance and economics.

Taghrid Othman – Associate Consulting Partner, Human Capital
Ms. Taghrid Othman is a Human Capital industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience across the spectrum of the human capital discipline. Her accomplishments and contributions are recognizable at the strategic Human Resources level to determine an organization’s direction through its staff and the ensuing impact from business, legal, administrative and ethical perspectives.
Ms. Othman held responsible HR & Administration positions with some of Kuwait’s leading organizations including KIPCO (Gulfnet and Global Direct) and Hayat Telecom where she served as the Senior Vice President.

Ghassan Al Zaher comes loaded with more than 30 years of regional business development and export/import experience in the domain of logistics including freight forwarding, air freight, sea freight, warehousing and distribution.
Mr. Al Zaher has vast experience in managing and restructuring operations with big-ticket P&Ls and has held leadership positions with several large enterprises including ACICO Logistic, Al Jazeera Transport Logistics, and Empire Construction.
Mr. Al Zaher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Lebanese University.

Mr. Peter Jabrah is a seasoned financial consultant with a demonstrated track record of more than 15 years financial analysis, forecasting and modeling. Mr. Jabrah is an accomplished management accountant who has competently evaluated numerous financial management systems for implementation and management reporting improvements.
Mr. Jabrah handles the preparation and analysis of financial reports, and evaluation of financial management systems and implementation of process improvements for our clients.

Kanchan Khemani, Junior Financial Analyst
Kanchan Khemani is a junior financial analyst focused on financial modeling, financial due diligence and risk management consulting assignments.
Prior to working with Consilium Advisory, Kanchan interned with several organizations including Fly Dubai, Harmony Fashion, and Ketchum RAAD.

Najwa Arab is a highly-qualified executive with more than 18 years’ experience. Ms. Arab is a veteran of the education industry with an impeccable track record in several international schools following American, IB, the British/National Curriculum of the UK, UAE Ministry of Education, and Australian Systems.
Ms. Arab is an approved principal from the KHDA, ADEC, Sharjah Zone and UAE Ministry of Education and have a long experience in preparing schools for the KHDA/ADEC inspection visits/approvals, including SEF (Self Evaluation) and SIP (School Improvement Plan) with concentration on the added parameters for 2016-2017 (inclusion, national agenda, 2021 vision, social studies, etc..).
